Also a Certified Race Director for the last 3 years, in 2013 she became a USA Triathlon Certified Youth Coach and is heading up the Old Town Hot Springs Youth Triathlon program, in Steamboat Springs.
Rasmussen started the sport at the age of 42, and she knows what it takes to realize the dream of being a champion at any age. Her method and style of training incorporates both online coaching and working directly with clients - in the pool, running trails, or giving athletes the confidence to road bike for the first time. She loves sharing the sport and continues to compete in her age group today.
